Any DAO member can join a circle and become a working group member. Certain key roles, identified in each circle, are held by specific individuals for the entirety of a season to maintain consistency of operations, although other members may step into these roles as agreed by the community.
Additionally, each circle has a number of delivery roles to ensure the circle’s work is pushed forward - these roles are usually open for anyone who has the appropriate skills to step into.
Note: Members stepping into official roles working for the DAO, do so in exchange for the DAO’s native tokens, and agree to be held accountable by the circle’s membership for delivery of specific accountabilities related to those roles.
Should a member working a position consistently not fulfil the expectations and duties required of them in specific roles, the Circle’s membership may vote to remove the member, & vote in a replacement.
