Governance for the DAO is currently managed by the DAO operations Circle.

Positive Sum DAO is based on the concept of shared governance, meaning that all community members of the DAO can have a say on the future direction of the DAO by way of voting on all proposals raised by the community.
During the pre-tokenisation period, you only need to be an active discord member to have the opportunity to vote (1 vote per member). As we move to tokenise, the voting power will likely flip to 1 token = 1 vote, meaning the more you contribute, the more tokens you earn, and the more voting power you will have.
Currently, voting occurs in Discord. A proposal will be added to the Governance-Proposals channel for review. Active Discord members then have the following options to show their support or non-support for the proposal (using Discord emojis).
✊ 'I completely object to this direction'
1️⃣ 'I strongly object to the proposal as written'
2️⃣ 'I have serious concerns that need to be heard'
3️⃣ 'I have concerns or improvements, but could probably live with it'
4️⃣ 'I support the proposal and think it can be approved'
5️⃣ 'I completely agree with the proposal as written'
